Kusters Goumans provides precision components, by machining processes - including turning, milling, grinding and honing - by which many are made out of metal and plastic. Assembly of these high quality parts can be performed by us as well as by our customers themselves. It comes to aerospace, semiconductor industry, medical engineering, optical industry and general engineering.
Kusters Goumans offers its clients latest knowledge and manufacturing facilities and produces prototype and production batches. Thus allowing the client to fully concentrate on its core business.
Our products are extensively tested before delivery. Results are always recorded in quality documents. This will in most cases avoid incoming goods inspection with its customers.
Furthermore we can assure full traceability of the manufacturing process and the materials as used. On demand we will supply all test reports needed with the delivery.

Lead shielding parts
In radiation shielding Kusters Goumans has special expertise. As one of the few specialists in this field it has the ability for in-house casting and machining of lead. These lead components are used in many areas of industry, where X-rays, electron radiation and nuclear applications are at issue.

Kusters Goumans customers are multinational companies (Philips, FEI, Honeywell, Tyco and others), but also several smaller, often regional clients. Export takes place in various countries in Europe and the U.S.A.
Kusters Goumans has an extensive network of subcontractors. This allows us to offer a wide variety of surface treatments, heat treatments and special packages (cleanroom) in addition to our machining processes.
Also with the procurement of materials and casting parts we have the expertise and contacts to offer successfully a complete product. Thus offering you as our customer a one-stop shop for your product assembled, packed and delivered according your specifications. Our purchasing department will be happy to settle all logistics including purchasing all commodities needed for your assembly from start to finish.
It goes without saying that your costs for logistics (handling, administration and purchasing) will be significantly reduced in many cases resulting in lower TCO.
