History
Since 1974
Since 1974 the engineering company Machinefabriek Kusters Goumans BV has been established in Beek en Donk. In that very year the company was registered in the commercial register of the Chamber of Commerce in Eindhoven named Metaaldraaierij Kusters by its founder Henk Kusters.
Once started at the Molenweg in a shed behind his house, he decided in 1979 to build a new factory plant at the industrial estate “Beekerheide” in Beek en Donk, the Netherlands.
Expansion
This location allowed the introduction of new technologies, including CNC - operations (computer controlled milling and turning) by its generous housing
The company changed name into Machinefabriek Kusters Goumans BV to emphasize that not only turning or milling products are part of its proposal. In subsequent years the company grew steadily and increased floor space two times until the whole lot was full.
New building construction
After 20 years the success factors of the company, eminent craftsmanship combined with realism and a no-nonsense mentality, enabled again a new phase in its development: the construction of a new building at the brand-new industrial estate “Bemmer” in Beek en Donk. At this location, which was inaugurated in 1999, Machinefabriek Kusters Goumans BV has a modern and adequate housing which is an integral part of the high standard it has maintained over the years for its products.
This new development makes clearly visible the continuous efforts to improve the quality which has been documented in its quality system ISO 9001 as yearly checked and approved by TÜV QA.
