Quality Assurance
Inspection
Kusters Goumans has a fully equipped test laboratory and a quality department with all knowledge in order to ensure the quality of the produced parts.
All inspection tools, including a CNC controlled measuring machine with automatic probe change, are calibrated periodically in compliance with applicable international standards.
Our inspection department will not only check our manufacturing operations, but it will also issue all required inspection reports for surface treatments, penetrant flaw detection, geometric measurement reports and certificates of conformity.
If the required inspections or tests are not conducted by itself , Kusters Goumans have good contacts with certified laboratories for specific inspections, for instance mechanical or chemical research of materials or X-ray crack detection of machined parts.

• CNC 3D measuring machine with automatic probe change
• roughness / surface tester
• profile projector
• electronic altimeter
• durometer
Approval
Since 1997 Machinefabriek Kusters Goumans BV is certified according to ISO 9000 series by TUV QA. Last audit was performed December 2011.
This resulted in the reaffirmation that Kusters Goumans quality systems meets the standard NEN-EN-ISO 9001:2008.
