Machinefabriek Kusters Goumans BV manufactures precision components and assemblies to customer specifications (subcontracting). We perform various machining operations in house: turning, milling, grinding, honing and spark machining. Product dimensions range from some millimetres up to 1,000mm. Both single pieces and (large) production batches are possible.
Not only we share the manufacturing of components but also the assembly of mechanical parts and commodities.
Besides machining and assembly of all kinds ofsteel and plastic parts, the manufacturing of lead parts is a special activity within Kusters Goumans. This material is hardly to be surpassed for radiation shielding by other materials.
From lead we manufacture mostly precision shielding parts or more or less complex shaped counterweights. Production methods are moulding and all kinds of machining operations. Often these products are assembled or fitted with other components and / or materials.

- CNC milling machines and machining centres (up to 5-axis, some with (multi)pallet changer )
- CNC lathes and CNC Swiss turn lathes, usually with bar loader and / or live tools (for integrated milling / complete processing)
- Surface and profile grinding machines
- Cylindrical grinder
- Honing machine
- EDM machine
- miscellaneous, including sawing machine, glass bead / sandblast machine, deburring equipment
- Foundry (lead) with state of the art air purification, electrostatic and by active carbon
Additional services
Machinefabriek Kusters Goumans BV has an extensive network of suppliers and subcontractors. This allows us to offer parts finished with the most diverse surface treatments (painting, anodizing, chromating, chemical and galvanic treatment, thermal spraying, etc.), heat treatments and special packages (cleanroom).
Also when procuring raw materials and ferrous and non-ferrous castings and forgings we have the expertise and contacts to offer successfully a complete product. You as our customer will deal with a one-stop shop supplier for your product packaged and / or assembled as per your specifications and demands. Our purchasing department will settle also all logistics of the purchased parts right from the start to the end.
It goes without saying that this could dramatically reduce your costs for logistics (handling, administration and purchasing) in many cases resulting in lower TCO.
