Precision components
A wide variety of precision parts are manufactured by us. The main processes that we use are the various different machining operations such as turning, milling, grinding, honing and spark machining.
Product dimensions range from some millimetres up to> 300mm, but all with superior quality as a common product characteristic.
Both single pieces as (large) production batches are possible. Our turn-milling machines (up to 8 controlled axes) enable us to manufacture series of > 100,000 pieces in a economical and competitive way.
Besides the production of mono-parts, we also assemble mechanical parts.
Materials
The raw materials we process have a wide variety: every conceivable steels, stainless steel, non-ferrous, super alloys and plastics are machined into parts with an accuracy often to within the range of a micron. Frequently these precision components need to be heat treated or to be finished with a galvanic treatment or paint job. The examples shown here are only illustrative and seek only to give you an idea of the great diversity of possible products we are able manufacture.
